other museum events are not shown.  All dates fall on the LAST Saturday of each month.

*Carpinteria Museum Marketplace hours are from 8 am to 3PM (set-up 6:00 am to 8:00 am).  Space rental fee

is $30 for an approximately 12 X 12 ft. space.  Reservations may be made in person at the museum or by phone:

(805) 684-3112, up to one month prior to the event.

*Holiday Arts & Crafts Faire space rental is $75 for a 10’ X 10’ or $95 for a 15’ X 10’ space. 

Vendors may ONLY sell their OWN hand-crafted art and gifts.  NO imports, buy/sell or commercial.

Faire hours are from 10 am to 3 pm.  Set-up is from 7:00 to 9:30 am. 
Applications are mailed three months prior to the event.  A 2010 application will be uploaded to this web page in August. 

There are no changes from the 2009 application.  Applications are not accepted prior to August, 2010.

To receive an application by mail, we will add your name to the mailing list at any time, requests may be made by phone,

letter, or e-mail.

**PRE-PAYMENT is required to ensure space reservation for all events!

 

**CANCELLATION of space after one week prior to the event forfeits payment unless space is filled. 
A $10 administrative fee will be charged for all Museum Marketplace cancellations.  A $25 fee is charge for Holiday Faire

cancellation.  We are sorry, but there are no refunds for event cancellation due to rain.

 

**VENDORS are expected to arrive within the set-up period and stay for the entire duration of each event. 
You must leave your space free of litter, including cigarette butts, after each show.   You also are required to
take all empty boxes, wrapping paper, etc., with you as our dumpster cannot begin to accommodate the trash
generated by 50 to 100 vendors.  Thank you!
